Overview
Before the pathways courses (see previous project) were launched, a select group of top tier brokers were chosen to pilot the new program, at a week long stay in Kananaskis, Calgary. We created a 5 day immersive experience for these brokers , where they sampled a lot of new course material and structure, providing us with feedback that helped refine the overall offering for launch.
I wanted to leverage the look and feel of the pathways brand for this event and create new and engaging elements to help drive awareness and exposure within the broker community.
Agenda design
Starting with the agenda for the week I thought it would be fun to design it in the style of a pocket sized trekking map, where all the information for the week would be displayed in one place
Each day of the week long event was given a trekking related name and I designed scout styled badges to further enhance the overall them. These badges were awarded to the participants on completion of each day of the course and a 6th badge awarded for the completion of the week as a whole. We printed these badges as photo props and encouraged the brokers to take pictures with them and share to their social channels. It was a well received and engaging activity.
